After an intense period of hostility and attacks to squats by state and fascists (Termita, Empros, Karagiannh, Panetoliou, Anw Katw, Favela) it is clear that the squats are always a main target for the enemies of freedom. Especially after the mass meeting in Thesalonikh and Athens and the nationalistic delirium for Macedonia, the neo-fascists decided that they have support and they started to attack with hatred as their weapon.
It’s common after these nationalistic issues and interactions to have the spread of right wing extremism, because of the social legitimation that occurs. We feel as squatters responsible for the improvement of the squatting movement and not only and we feel that we have to give direct answers to these actions and attacks.
We have to make them understand that we don’t accept their practices, their presence and they should be afraid, not us. To not give them an inch of public space and presence we have to increase the power and the importance of liberated squatted places (housing squats, political squats, meeting places, self-organized structures etc…)
We should never put our guard down because always they will attack.. always they will try to vanish and demolish something that they don’t understand, something strange, something that they fear. Structures that try to unite and not to divide people by sex or nationality or age or class etc..
They understand that their world based on lies and deception and hatred will fall every time they confront us. All of them servants of capitalism and money. Hiding their greed behind democratic or wannabe patriotic ideologies…
We see also this Matrix, this theater of paradox and the puppeteers that move the strings in the global scenery. We see the government that tries to convince everybody that works for the good of this land and wants to give a solution for a good vicinity with Macedonia, and they don’t tell anyone about the gas pipe that has to pass from Macedonia and an America that tries to sabotage Russia and that’s why are pressing Greece to fix everything with the neighbors, so they can accept Macedonia in their global clique.
We see the people here to protest in the streets for a name and for the legacy of a imperialist serial killer, the so called great Alexander. People that bite every bait and distraction and they obsessively refuse to see behind the curtains, because they don’t want to face the problems or they are afraid of them.
Nevertheless we will stand against anyone attacks self-organized structures and comrades and we will not leave all this without answer. None will manage to break our will and our beliefs. We leave you to your ignorance and your hatred and we continue our struggle for a better combative tomorrow.
